  What we’re looking for
  • 3-5 directors to join our roster, which includes being added to our website.
  • Highly organized, creative candidates who know how to get the best out of the talent at their disposal.
  • Candidates with a proven track record of working with commercial and branded content.

  Responsibilities
  • Create director treatments during the proposal/bid phase
  • Work with EP and Production company to align on a vision.
  • Present Director Treatment to agency/client.
  • Communicating with everyone involved in the project.
  • Working with other team supervisors to ensure the project stays on task and that deadlines and budget constraints are met.
  • Support the hiring process of cast, crew, other production professionals and other individuals involved in the filmmaking process
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to help uplevel a script where requested.
  • Creating a shotlist
  • Working with Producer, Assistant Director, DP, Production Designer, Casting Director, and other key crew members.

  1. Must possess an existing portfolio of work focused on commercials and branded content

  2. Available for a profile page on Goodbrother Directors

  3. Work locally in New York City

• Ideal Candidate

  1. 4+ years experience as a director

  2. Lives in New York City

  3. Collaborative, Communicative, Detail-oriented, Motivated

  4. Has the ability to write director treatments
